Meeting Virtually or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. In-person sessions are held at the Meaford Chamber of Commerce, beside Rexall at 13 Nelson St W, Meaford.

Acccelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
In-person, this session is a longer session, an hour and a half, where immediate needs will be explored. ART is able to resolve challenges in a single session, but other sessions can be required if other things come up.

Community ART Treatment
In-person only, this session helps address the need within our community, provided Tuesday Nights from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. This is a free service for those in need who cannot afford the cost to get assistance. This service is booked through local practitioners.
