Meeting Virtually or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
In-person sessions are held at The Coworking Corner at 278 Cook Street, Meaford.

Acccelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
In-person, this session is a longer session, an hour and a half, where immediate needs will be explored. ART is able to resolve challenges in a single session, but other sessions can be required if other things come up.
